The Issue Is... Arnold Schwarzenegger
Former CA Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger discusses climate change, homelessness, election reform, his legacy, his kids, and more.
It's an exclusive, 30-minute one-on-one interview with Elex Michaelson.
It comes on the week that he celebrated California's 1 millionth solar roof. That's a project he started as governor in 2006.
It also comes on a week that Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg was named "Person of the Year" by TIME Magazine.
Schwarzenegger defended Thunberg, who he has become friends with.
He calls her "a fantastic young lady" and says "she has shown now how much power a kid has when they go out and do something about it."
With the support of John Kerry & Hillary Clinton, he recently co-founded an organization called "World War Zero" to "respond to the climate crisis the same way we responded to World War II."
Arnold opens up about choosing a mostly vegan lifestyle, and his kids' successes.
He even jokes about recently watching a sex scene featuring his son, Patrick Schwarzenegger.
"The Issue Is:" airs Fridays at 10:30pm on Fox 11 Los Angeles & Sundays at 5:30am on KTVU Fox 2 in the San Francisco Bay Area. This
week, we launch in San Diego on FOX 5 San Diego on Sunday nights at 11:30pm.
