Mayor Garcetti on bet with Mayor of Cincinnati

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti spoke yesterday on the Super Bowl bet he made with Cincinnati Aftab Pureval. Under the terms of the bet, the mayor of the winning city would donate to a children's hospital in the losing city.
