Armed store owner chasing two shoplifters opens fire, accidentally striking 9-year-old girl

The co-owner of a high-end shoe store is behind bars and a young girl, who was waiting to take pictures with the Easter bunny, is recovering at the hospital after shots rang out at a mall in Victorville Tuesday night, officials said.
