Second lawsuit filed accusing LA Sheriff Villanueva of coverup in leaked jail video

A second top official has filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva in connection with the leaked use-of-force video that showed a LASD deputy kneeling on a handcuffed inmate's head.
