The people behind the organization 'Right to Be' have one mission: protect everyone from being sexually harassed in the workplace. They are also releasing a new book called ‘I’ve Got Your Back: The Indispensable Guide to Stopping Harassment When You See It’. Two of the folks behind the group and the book gave tips on how to insure everyone feels safe in the office .
