2,000 Cedars-Sinai workers begin 5-day strike

Citing "unfair labor practices as well as employee and patient safety concerns, short-staffing and low wages," members of the Service Employees International Union-United Healthcare Workers West began a week-long strike Monday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
