DA Gascon doubles down on no felony decision for alleged Chappelle attacker

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón doubled down on his decision not to charge the man accused of tackling Dave Chappelle the Hollywood Bowl with a felony. Gascón insists the requirements for a felony charges have not been met.
