Simi Valley man arrested for threatening to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh

A 26-year-old from Simi Valley was arrested Wednesday morning outside the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, saying he wanted to kill the judge.
