Video captures thief stealing rescue dog from Paw Works

Surveillance video shows a thief breaking into rescue facility Paw Works, and stealing "Pretty Girl." In the video, the person of interest is seen hitting the animal in the head with a flashlight several times. Pretty Girl was later found on the side of the 101 Freeway, before she died of her injuries.
