OC DA calls 7-Eleven robbery suspect a 'stone cold serial killer'
"Malik Patt is a stone cold serial killer. There's no other way to describe it," Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said as he announced capital murder charges against the suspected gunman behind a string of 7-Eleven robberies and murders.
