Karen Bass rates her public safety as 5/10 following home burglary

"In terms of myself, I was making reference of my neighborhood where I felt safe because of measures I personally took and also measures that were taken by my neighborhood; obviously they failed. So my sense of safety was shattered. If I had to grade it, I would grade it at a 5," Bass said when referring to public safety in Los Angeles.
