Video: Victim violently assaulted after duo steals Maltipoo puppy in Bell Gardens

Police are searching for a pair of dognappers who stole a victim's Maltipoo puppy in Bell Gardens before one of the suspect's violently assault the victim and ultimately pepper sprayed the victim in the face.
