LASD arrests man for allegedly murdering Bishop Dave O'Connell

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has arrested a suspect, identified as Carlos Medina, on suspicion of murder for Archdiocese of Los Angeles Auxiliary Bishop David O'Connell.
