Proposal to depopulate and decarcerate LA County jails draws backlash

While the proposal was to be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors in Tuesday's meeting, Supervisor Hilda Solis announced Monday she was pulling the proposal from the agenda for consideration amid backlash from the public and concerns from shareholders.
