Armed man keeps getting up despite being hit with Taser, nonlethals

SkyFOX captured the dramatic moments where an armed man, possibly wanted in connection to a murder, keep getting up despite being hit with a Taser and being shot by multiple rounds of nonlethals. It took dozens of LA County deputies on scene to stop and arrest the armed man.
