West LA tenants suing over eviction

Tenants at the Barrington Plaza in West LA are suing their landlords, alleging the landlords are misusing the state's Ellis Act, which allows landlords to remove units from the rental market. The landlord says the evictions are necessary in order to install new sprinkler systems.
