Report: lanlords turn housing into hotels

In 2008, the LA City Council passed a law ordering low-cost residential hotels remain available for people who can't afford to live anywhere else. A new report in ProPublica shows many of those hotels have been renting to tourists for hundreds of dollars a night. Reporter Robin Urevich shares what this all means.
