How LA County plans to stop smash-and-grabs

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the Board of Supervisors announced a plan to combat the recent spate of smash-and-grab robberies at stores across the county. The Board approved a $15 million grant to help the LASD bring smash-and-grabs to a halt.
