Murdered deputy's parents to sue LA County

The family of Ryan Clinkunbroomer, a deputy killed in an ambush-style shooting, is suing Los Angeles County. The family is accusing LASD of overworking Clinkunbroomer, which may have prevented the deputy from being alert when the suspect attacked him.
