Clint Carlton, candidate for LA Co. Supervisor, cleans up streets

Clint Carlton, a candidate for LA County Board of Supervisor, spent the day cleaning up 45,000 pounds of trash in Harbor Gateway. He says fixing the homeless problem is his reason for running.
