Rancho Palos Verdes asks for emergency aid

The Rancho Palos Verdes City Council voted unanimously agreed to request an emergency declaration from the state, to help fix issues related to sliding land. While concerns are high because of recent rains drenching the area, officials say the rain isn't only to blame.
