UPS driver shot and killed in 'targeted attack'

Rhean Jalipa Fontanoza was charged with murdering Expedito De Leon, a UPS driver working his route. According to prosecutors, Fontanoza was another UPS driver and De Leon's childhood friend. Authorities said he shot De Leon 14 times in seconds.
