'Kindness is Free' backpack giveaway

Kindness is Free, presented by Boys & Girls Clubs, announced the distribution of over 10,000 backpacks and essential school supplies to 30 schools across various Los Angeles-based school districts throughout June. As one of the largest backpack drives in Southern California, the initiative is meant to alleviate financial stress for families during summer break and ensure that students are well-prepared for the upcoming academic year.
