LAUSD accused of misusing money for arts programs

The Los Angeles Unified School District has been accused of mismanaging millions of dollars meant for school arts programs, allocated in Prop 28. The author, former LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner, says the district broke the law when it did not use that money appropriately. LAUSD has denied the claims.
