Woman declared brain-dead after McDonald's attack

The family of the woman who is declared brain-dead after an attack at a McDonald's in Los Angeles' Boyle Heights neighborhood tells FOX 11 that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office is blaming them for the fallouts of the incident.
