Lancaster mayor says LASD undermanned, overworked

A rash of shootings across the city of Lancaster left four dead and six injured over a 24-hour period. Lancaster's Mayor R. Rex Parris said he's frustrating that the Lancaster Sheriff's Station is overmanned and overworked, saying some deputies are working 20-hour shifts.
