Pearl Jam guitarist sued over fatal crash

Josh Klinghoffer, the former guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, now with Pearl Jam, is being sued by a family for wrongful death who claims Klinghoffer was on his cell phone when he crashed into a man in Alhambra, killing him.
