DNC now underway in Chicago

The DNC has officially begun. Rep. Nancy Pelosi spoke at the California Democratic party breakfast Monday morning. During that breakfast, FOX 11's Elex Michaelson spoke to Sen. Laphonza Butler about her friendship with Kamala Harris.
