Thieves repeatedly target bike shop

Bikes and Hikes in West Hollywood has been targeted by thieves three times in as many weeks. Thankfully, the thieves weren't successful the first two times. But the third time was the charm, after the thieves were able to make off with thousands of dollars of bikes.
