Langer's threatening to close over nearby crime

Norm Langer, owner of Langer's Deli spoke with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, after he said he would close the iconic deli if crime and homelessness in the nearby MacArthur Park were not cleaned up. He said he was giving the Mayor a week to do something.
