Community upset over possible release of 'Pillowcase Rapist'

Residents in the Antelope Valley are outraged over the possible release of Christopher Hubbart, who is known as the 'Pillowcase Rapist.' LA County Supervisor Kathryn Barger spoke to FOX 11 over the possible move and expressed outrage over it.
