'Pillowcase rapist' to live in Antelope Valley

Christopher Hubbart, known as the "Pillowcase Rapist" for his crimes in the '70s '80s and '90s will be allowed to live in the Juniper Hills area in the Antelope Valley, when he's released from a state hospital.
