Deputies tackle pursuit suspect after standoff

The suspect in a pursuit and standoff in North Hollywood has been taken into custody. The suspect repeatedly opened and closed the door of the car, and even exited the vehicle and got back in several times, but deputies tackled him when he exited the car again.
