LA landlords could face charges for increasing fees following wildfires
According to a recent report, some LA landlords are increasing rent by as much as 124%. By law, building and property owners cannot raise the price of rent by more than 10% after Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency. California Attorney General Rob Bonta joined FOX 11 to discuss the matter.
