Menendez brothers: DA opposes new trial

Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman said he recommends against a new trial for the Menendez brothers for the 1989 murders of their parents. The brothers' had filed a petition for a new trial citing new evidence, which Hochman called into question.
