Crews to conduct controlled burns on Pacoima house that exploded

A widespread evacuation was ordered Friday for a Pacoima neighborhood after an explosion occurred a day before. Officials say the explosion was linked to fireworks and that a controlled burn was the only safe way to remedy the situation.
