Deputy killed by firefighter husband in apparent murder-suicide, LASD says

An off-duty sheriff's deputy was shot and killed in her La Canada Flintridge home by her husband, a Los Angeles County firefighter who fled to a facility in Pacoima where he shot himself to death while sitting in a government vehicle, a sheriff's deputy said.
