Police uncover stolen bike ring at OC homeless emcampment

Bike thefts from Santa Ana College an increasing problem and some residents think they are winding up here...at a homeless encampment where the bikes are allegedly being stripped for parts. The parts then being sold for drugs. Mario Ramirez has this FOX 11 Exclusive.
