Officials hope to reopen 101 Freeway by Monday

The 101 Freeway remains closed from the Ventura/Santa Barbara county line to south Milpas Street in Santa Barbara. Officials hope to re-open the stretch of road by Monday, but that seems like a tall order based on the way things look right now.
