Bicyclist killed in hit-and-run accident in Van Nuys, dramatic arrest of suspect captured on video

A man riding a bicycle was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident Thursday morning in Van Nuys and the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
