Electric scooter injuries lead to growing need for mandated helmets

When things are going smoothly those popular electric scooters can zip folks around at minimal expense and maximum fun. But then there are the concussions, multiple fractures, the scrapes and bruises sustained by riders who are not careful especially those who don't wear helmets.
