Ex-con charged with brutally attacking woman in Burbank

An ex-con is charged with attempted murder for an apparently random and brutal attack on a woman in Burbank.The charges against Hector Manuel Ulloa include allegations that he used a glass bottle as a deadly weapon. The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition.
