LAPD seeks driver of pickup truck that hit bicyclist in Boyle Heights

Police on Monday released video of a violent head-on collision in Boyle Heights between a bicycle and a pickup truck whose driver appeared to veer into oncoming lanes before hitting the victim and then leaving the scene.
