60 people treated after plane dumps jet fuel near several schools in LA area

Delta Flight 89 was headed to China-- but it didn't get far before the pilot radioed there was an engine problem and the plane was forced to loop around and head back to LAX. and thats when the jet started dumping fuel before the landing.
