Garcetti orders all essential employees and residents to wear face coverings starting Friday

Mayor Eric Garcetti on Tuesday mandated that workers in essential businesses such as grocery stores and restaurants wear face coverings due to the coronavirus outbreak, while also authorizing businesses to refuse service to customers who aren't wearing them.
