Garcetti implements new rules for wearing face masks in public

Mayor Eric Garcetti mandated that workers in essential businesses such as grocery stores and restaurants wear face coverings due to the coronavirus outbreak, while also authorizing businesses to refuse service to customers who aren't wearing them.
