Small businesses still waitng for coronavirus relief

They're known for their prized porterhouse and petite rib eye. But we were surprised to see Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse getting a sizzling $20 million "business bailout" during the COVID-19 crisis. Phil Shuman spoke with a small business owner locally and he is still waiting for his money.
