Salon owner pushing for government to allow industry to reopen

Secret salon services, house calls for haircuts, they’re increasingly taking place as the economy starts reopening but hair and beauty salons are not in this next phase of reopening which is adding to their plight. We talk to one salon owner who is pushing out a safety plan to local and state officials to get salons reopened sooner rather than later.
