Is Public Health recommending people self-quarantine for 14 days if they traveled for the holidays?

Los Angeles County Public Health Director Dr. Barbara Ferrer said that Public Health is recommending people self-quarantine for 14 days following holiday travel and gatherings to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
