State launches civil rights probe into LA County Sherriff Dept.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced today he is launching a civil rights investigation that will seek to determine whether the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has engaged in a pattern or practice of unconstitutional policing.
